Mental Health Resources for Children
Mental Health Resources for Children
As we mark Children's Mental Health Week between 1st and 7th February, we wanted to share some supportive app resources designed for children to use.
These apps can be used to help children unwind, relax, manage worries and practice mindfulness.
We hope you find these useful.
Chill Panda
Learn to relax, manage your worries and improve your wellbeing with Chill Panda. The app measures your heart rate and suggests tasks to suit your state of mind. Tasks include simple breathing techniques and light exercises to take your mind off your worries.
The chill panda app can be used by adults and children and is currently being tested in the NHS.
More information about the app can be found on the NHS website: https://www.nhs.uk/apps-library/chill-panda/
